By using our services, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Eligibility
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that your use of the services complies with applicable local, national, and international laws.
Use of Services
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer or exploit service vulnerabilities.
- Do not use services for prohibited, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity.
Accounts and Access
Where accounts are required, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activities performed under your account.
Pricing, Billing, and Taxes
Product pricing, subscription fees, and billing cycles are displayed at the point of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, duties, and levies associated with your transactions. Prices may be shown in INR or other supported currencies depending on checkout configuration and payment provider availability.
Payments and International Transactions
We may use third-party processors to collect and settle payments. By completing a transaction, you authorize payment processing and related verification checks. For international cards and cross-border transactions, issuer-side charges, foreign exchange conversion, and bank fees may apply and are outside our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by law, digital products and completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable once access is granted. Because our services are delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping or delivery component. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current billing cycle.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@futurevakil.in so we can investigate quickly. We reserve the right to suspend associated service access during unresolved fraud investigations or repeated payment disputes.
Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and content in our services are owned by Future Vakil or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
Certain features may rely on third-party infrastructure such as payment, hosting, analytics, AI processing, or communication tools. We are not responsible for independent third-party policies or downtime outside our reasonable control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of policy violations, suspected fraud, legal risk, abusive conduct, or non-payment. You may discontinue use at any time, subject to any active billing obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Future Vakil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Future Vakil harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms and service usage.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
